You will help bring digital switching and integrated systems to market, translating complex concepts into practical guidance for internal teams and customers.

The role emphasizes solving technical problems, sharing knowledge, and influencing product improvements through field feedback during global deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, application engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Experience with both hardware and software products.
• Experience creating technical documentation, guides, or knowledge-base content.
• Experience supporting product launches, updates, and customer communications.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support, Sales, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for CZone Digital Switching and Integrated Solutions.
• Develop and deliver technical training, documentation, guides, troubleshooting resources, and release information.
• Support launch, integration, and adoption of new products and updates across global markets.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Capture feedback to identify improvements and support product development and testing.
• Ensure technical information is accurate and aligned with product objectives.
