Poudre School District is seeking a Paraprofessional I in Integrated Services at Webber Middle School in Fort Collins. The role supports teachers and students with mild to moderate disabilities, helping with instruction, behavior, and daily activities.

The position requires flexibility across general and special education settings, supervision, and collaboration with school staff. A high school diploma and relevant experience are preferred, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• If assigned to a Title I school, criteria include two years of higher education or an associate degree, or WorkKeys test.

Responsibilities

• Assist the general or special education teacher with instruction and materials.
• Support students with classroom work, personal care and social skills.
• Implement behavior strategies and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, caseworkers and specialists to support IEPs.
• Provide supervision in classrooms, hallways and during transitions.
• Assist with mobility, health-related needs and safety protocols.
