Responsibilities

• Assist teachers by delivering targeted instruction and reinforcing concepts.
• Support students in general and special education settings.
• Proactively manage behavior and de-escalate when needed.
• Monitor progress and document behavior incidents.
• Assist with materials, accommodations and classroom setup.
• Ensure safety during transitions and supervision.
