Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Technician/Installer to install and service commercial electronic security systems including access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.

You will interact with customers and vendors to ensure complete, on-time installations from start to finish. Requirements include 2–4 years of field installation experience, a valid driver's license, strong troubleshooting, electro/mechanical aptitude, and basic networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience installing electronic security systems for commercial facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Electro/mechanical aptitude; understanding of relay logic.
• Basic networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Installation of Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems.
• Coordinate with Customers, Vendors, and Contractors on-site to ensure successful installations.
• Drive to jobsites, assess needs, and complete the repair to customer satisfaction.
• Promote service, sales and maintenance contracts; acquire knowledge of all products.
• Maintain safe work environment and clean job sites after work.
• Complete tickets and timesheets for payroll processing.
• Handle CODs when applicable and communicate scope changes to management.
• Maintain inventory on the truck and knowledge of parts and part numbers.
