Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Systems Integration Field Service Technician in Tucson, AZ to install and service commercial electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion alarms, ID badge systems, intercoms, and parking control.

You will interact with customers and vendors, travel to job sites, troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and pursue maintenance contracts, while adhering to safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience installing electronic security systems for commercial facilities.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Install Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Systems.
• Coordinate with Customers, Vendors, and Contractors on-site.
• Diagnose and repair installations to customer satisfaction.
• Promote service, sales and maintenance contracts.
• Maintain safe, clean job sites and timely tickets/time sheets.
