KBR Careers in Arlington, VA seeks an Integrated Schedule Analyst to support AF/A10’s nuclear sustainment and modernization by developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated master schedules. You will provide senior leaders with visibility into critical paths, dependencies, and schedule risks across multiple programs.

Required: a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4+ years in scheduling, and an active TS/SCI clearance; proficient with scheduling tools and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, operations research, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting project or program scheduling using formal scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with schedule logic, dependencies, and critical path concepts; advanced proficiency in integrated scheduling tools and schedule risk analysis for senior roles.
• TS/SCI clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Collect schedule inputs from program offices, commands, and stakeholders and integrate them into coherent master schedules.
• Maintain and update tasks, dates, milestones, sequencing, and dependencies to ensure accurate and current schedule products.
• Support development of critical path analysis, schedule health assessments, schedule risk identification, and decision-ready schedule views.
• Identify schedule conflicts, slips, and high-risk dependencies and support preparation of briefings, graphics, and summaries for governance forums.
• Maintain configuration control and documentation for integrated schedules, ensuring traceability and consistency across updates.

KBR in support of AF/A10 Strategic Plans and Policy Support Services conducts indefinite guidance, oversight, and advocacy of the Air Force strategic deterrence mission, in order to ensure Airmen have the necessary capabilities to protect the United States. In support of seeks an analyst to assess how treaty requirements affect basing, alert postures, exercises, and day‑to‑day operations.

These roles help provide senior leaders with clear visibility into critical paths, dependencies, and schedule risks across multiple programs.

• Experience supporting schedules for defense acquisition or sustainment programs, including nuclear, NC3, or other complex portfolios
• Comfortable working with integrated schedules involving multiple stakeholders and governance processes

Basic Compensation

$165,000 -$175,000

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
