Resource Scheduler
KBR is seeking a Resource Scheduler. the Resource Scheduler is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining mission operations schedules that support multiple satellite programs in a dynamic, 24/7 operational environment. This role serves as the focal point for resource planning, conflict resolution, schedule optimization, and customer coordination to ensure mission requirements are executed efficiently and without operational conflicts. The Resource Scheduler works closely with operations teams, mission partners, engineering personnel, and government customers to support real-time mission execution and future planning activities.

Location: Colorado springs
Contract mission-critical operations require continuous support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365/366 days per year, including federal holidays. Employees will be assigned a stable shift schedule that may consist of day, swing, or midnight shifts based on mission requirements.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
One of the following combinations of education and experience
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Space Operations, or a related technical field with 2 years of related experience required.
Associate's degree and 4 years of related experience in satellite operations, mission operations, resource scheduling, or a related field.
6 years of related experience in satellite operations, mission operations, resource scheduling, or a related field in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain Operations Controller certification
Experience coordinating schedules, resources, or operational activities in a mission-focused or dynamic operational environment.
Ability to analyze competing priorities and develop executable plans in a time-sensitive operational environment.
Ability to work an assigned shift schedule, which may include day, swing, or midnight shifts, as required to support mission operations.
Must be a U.S. citizen and provide proof of citizenship.
Ability to maintain access to government worksites.
$80,200 - $101,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance
