Job summary

KAIROS, Inc is seeking a Senior Schedule Analyst to join our team in Maryland. The role requires a high-level understanding of scheduling fundamentals and expertise with Microsoft Project to develop and maintain multiple integrated schedules across complex programs.

You will lead schedule development meetings, perform variance analyses, maintain baselines, and produce schedule metrics and trends. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience, DAU Level II or PMI-SP are preferred, with 10 years in

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a business discipline.
• Ten (10) years of experience developing/maintaining project schedules.
• DAU Level II Certification or equivalent – Program Management or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Development/maintenance of multiple project schedules including integration of vendor schedules.
• Schedule variance analysis and reporting using standard scheduling metrics.
• Lead schedule development and status meetings with stakeholders.
• Develop Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and baselines; manage scope changes.
