Job summary

PMA Consultants in Boise, Idaho seeks a Project Controls Lead for mega-scale infrastructure and site integration projects. You will coordinate controls across multiple contractors, align schedules and baselines, and manage forecasting and cost reporting for complex workstreams.

The role emphasizes interface management, data consolidation, and proactive risk mitigation across project teams and stakeholders, with exposure to industrial, semiconductor, or EPC megaprojects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or a related technical field required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls, scheduling, cost controls, infrastructure coordination, or related functions.
• Experience with semiconductor, industrial, infrastructure, energy, oil & gas, EPC or mega-project environments preferred.
• Strong experience in multi-prime contractor environments, infrastructure/site development, and integrated project delivery.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, project controls systems, forecasting tools, reporting platforms, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated project controls activities across complex multi-prime contractor environments.
• Coordinate controls for site development, infrastructure, utilities, logistics, and concurrent construction workstreams.
• Develop and validate integrated schedules, forecasts, cost reports, and controls data across multiple teams.
• Ensure schedules, WBS, progress measurement systems, and reporting align with standards and baselines.
• Review contractor schedule updates, resource loading, progress reporting, and forecasts to identify risks and corrective actions.
