Position Summary

The Project Controls Lead – Multi-Prime Infrastructure & Site Integration plays a critical role in supporting integrated project controls execution across large-scale capital projects and mega-project programs with complex multi-prime contractor environments. This role is responsible for coordinating project controls activities related to infrastructure, site development, utilities, logistics, schedule integration, cost tracking, forecasting, and contractor performance management across concurrent workstreams.

Working closely with project leadership, contractors, schedulers, cost teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, this position supports the consolidation and validation of project controls data across multiple contractors and delivery teams to ensure consistency in reporting, forecasting, schedule alignment, and performance measurement. The role is heavily focused on interface management, schedule coordination, progress tracking, and integration of disparate project controls systems and reporting structures.

The ideal candidate possesses strong experience supporting industrial, infrastructure, semiconductor, energy, or EPC mega-project environments, with expertise in project controls, contractor coordination, schedule integration, forecasting, and multi-prime project delivery.

Note: This opportunity is available at multiple levels. Final placement will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and alignment with business needs. We are committed to providing fair and equitable consideration for all applicants.

  • Ensure contractor schedules, WBS, progress measurement systems, and reporting structures align with established project controls standards and baseline requirements.
  • Review and analyze contractor schedule updates, resource loading, progress reporting, and forecasting information to identify risks, delays, interface impacts, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor contractor performance, schedule interfaces, and physical handoffs between work packages to identify potential spatial clashes, sequencing conflicts, and schedule impacts.
  • Consolidate and standardize project controls data from multiple contractor systems into unified reporting and forecasting structures.
  • Support forecasting, trend analysis, EAC reporting, cash flow analysis, and project performance evaluations.
  • Perform schedule integration reviews, what-if scenario analysis, and project controls audits to support proactive decision‑making and risk mitigation.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
