Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Stratford, CT seeks an experienced Integrated Program Scheduler to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance through cross-functional integration. You will develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules, validate flow, budget, and resources to execute contractual scope and program strategy.

You will provide time‑phased critical path analyses and planning data, and propose solutions to execution conflicts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Experience in developing/maintaining Network Schedules including status updates and critical path analysis.
• Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers.
• Experience with EVM—Cost and Schedule integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules validating flow, budget, and resources.
• Provide time‑phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data.
• Interface with program management and customer as the scheduling integrator.
• Devises modeling techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline.
• Ensure cost/schedule integration between all schedules and program artifacts.
