Applied Composites in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Planning and Scheduling Manager to create, integrate, and manage production schedules aligning capacity with customer demand. You will partner with Program Management and Operations to deliver an integrated, resource-loaded schedule and advise on prioritization within the plan.

The role requires 3–5 years in planning/scheduling in a manufacturing setting, with strong MS Project and ERP experience.

Qualifikationen

• Education requirement: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Years' Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Program Management and Operations to develop an integrated site schedule.
• Develop and maintain a process to manage capacity planning.
• Manage the site sales and operation planning process
• Provide capacity analysis in support of proposals
• Support trade studies and analysis
