Qualifications

• 6+ years of production experience at a creative agency, marketing firm, or production company.
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills capable of coordinating across teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry trends, tools, and bidding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall execution, budget and timeline for mid-level budgets across broadcast, video, digital, and events.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—creative, strategy, technology, account, and vendors.
• Ensure concepts are producible within time and budget constraints.
• Provide guidance during ideation on production approaches.
• Document post-project summaries and maintain partner relationships.
• Mentor interns and junior talent.
