Job summary

Dentsu Creative in New York is seeking a Producer, Integrated Production to lead small and midsize projects and support large integrated programs, reporting to an Executive Producer.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and approvals, collaborate with art directors, copywriters, designers, and editors, and ensure quality and compliance across productions. This hybrid role requires three days in the office in New York City.

• Experience producing small to midsize projects independently, including development of production specs and schedules.

Reporting to an Executive Producer, you’ll lead small and midsized projects, while supporting large integrated projects with confidence and craft.

• Champion the creative.You’ll elevate the creative by finding versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive and make them even stronger as they evolve into fully realized projects.
• Be the feasibility guru.You'll help determine what’s possible within the realities of budget, timing, and scope—and how to make it great anyway.
• Team up across the agency.You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, creators, editors, and animators.
• Mentor with heart.You’ll guide junior talent and share your production wisdom to help the whole department level up.
• Build a dream roster.You’ll develop and curate a trusted network of partners and go-to resources for any kind of production challenge.
• Run integrated productions (<500k) You’ll engage with multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensure overall quality of work of deliverables and workstreams.
• Partner with Business Affairs.You’ll work hand-in-hand with BA from concept to delivery. You understand AICP and AICE bid formats and can evaluate for accuracy. You know when to secure permits, releases, usage terms, and other rights clearances. You’ll track and actualize production budgets.
• Navigate SAG-AFTRA.You’ll apply basic knowledge of talent guidelines, usage terms, and payments to keep everything compliant and smooth.
• Keep everything moving.Meetings, notes, status reports, task lists, deadline tracking—you’ll be the organizational backbone. Internally and externally, you’ll make sure everyone knows what’s happening, why, and what comes next.
• See around corners.You’ll anticipate a project’s trajectory and put strategic plans in place—not just reacting, but steering.
• Wrap it smart.You’ll lead post-project summaries and share learnings that help make the next job even better.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office. Candidates must reside in New York City.

The annual salary range for this position is $62,100 - $90,000 annually. We base placement within the salary range on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, and other factors permitted by law.
