Qualifications

• 3–5 years of integrated production, content production, creative operations or related experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong experience managing social and video content projects from planning through execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight or rapidly changing deadlines.
• Strong understanding of creative and production workflows across video, social content and design.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional creative and production teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
• Sound judgment and the ability to remain composed and decisive under quick-turn deadlines.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with the confidence to drive accountability and keep work moving.

Responsibilities

• Own social and video content projects from initial brief through creative development, approvals and final delivery
• Translate briefs into clear production plans, timelines, deliverables and individual responsibilities
• Assemble and direct the right creative resources for each assignment — Content Creators, DP Editors and other pod specialists
• Work closely with a creative team of Content Creators, bringing their concept and creative vision successfully to market
• Produce within an in-house production studio, in addition to procuring outside production companies when required
• Coordinate production readiness, including shoot logistics, assets, footage and other production requirements
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and quick-turn requests, keeping creators aligned and adapting quickly when priorities change
• Serve as the central point of accountability, proactively identifying production risks, resolving dependencies and communicating project status
• Coordinate mandatory legal, compliance and substantiation reviews for all external-facing content and assets
• Ensure final assets are complete, accurate, approved and ready for publish or handoff
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce unnecessary handoffs and improve speed and consistency across social and video production
