Qualifications

• 9+ years in social content, editorial content or creative production.
• Experience managing other leads or managers.
• Proven record in social/video content and long-form writing.
• Led a multi-disciplinary team of 10+ people.
• Set and enforced a consistent brand voice across formats and channels.
• Strong organizational and people leadership skills.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a creative team and set editorial standards.
• Coach the three senior leads and grow their leadership skills.
• Set creative direction for the pod as platforms evolve.
• Ensure quality and consistency across social, video and written content.
• Serve as senior point of escalation for creative and editorial decisions.
• Collaborate with VP of Operations on staffing and team structure.
• Coordinate with Integrated Producers to align capacity with briefs.
• Represent the team's capacity and output to executives.
• Identify opportunities to raise the bar and streamline workflows.
