Job summary

G&W Electric seeks a Manager, Integrated Planning to unify demand and supply planning across North America. You will own planning logic, master data governance, and drive system-enabled processes to improve forecast accuracy and inventory alignment.

Lead cross-functional teams, evolve planning methodologies, and steer S&OP/IBP cycles while balancing make/buy decisions and capacity loading. This role requires strong analytical leadership and a builder mindset in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field is required.
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in planning or supply chain roles.
• Experience building or evolving planning processes across functions.
• Strong MRP and forecasting knowledge demonstrated.
• ERP experience (JD Edwards preferred).
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, with capability in S&OP/IBP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve integrated planning across Demand, Supply, and IBP processes.
• Own demand planning and forecast accuracy; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
• Oversee supply and material planning to align with forecasted demand and optimize costs.
• Direct monthly S&OP/IBP cycles with executive audiences and align commercial strategy with operations.
• Drive master data governance and system enhancements (ERP) to enable planning maturity.
• Lead teams in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Analytics, and Master Data.
• Grow organizational capability and promote a high-performance planning culture.
