Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) seeks an Integrated Physical Therapist for our Primary Care team in Anchorage, AK. This full-time, on-site position provides PT services to customer-owners and collaborates with providers across SCF’s medical system.

Hiring range is $98,696 to $134,888 annually, with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Alaska PT licensure and BLS are required, with additional certifications as needed for specialty care. Alaska Native/American Indian preference applies.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Alaska.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Integrated Physical Therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to customer-owners and provides consultation services to providers within the medical system and throughout the state, including independent living facilities, assisted living homes, and private residential homes.

Qualifications:

SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within the SCF's geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF's vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness and a mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Alaska
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for specialty and any certifications relating to the scope of practice as required.
