Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) seeks an Integrated Physical Therapist for our Primary Care team in Anchorage, AK. This full-time, on-site position provides PT services to customer-owners and collaborates with providers across SCF’s medical system.

Hiring range is $98,696 to $134,888 annually, with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Alaska PT licensure and BLS are required, with additional certifications as needed for specialty care. Alaska Native/American Indian preference applies.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Alaska.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for specialty.
• Alaska Native/American Indian preference in employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to customer-owners and consultation services to providers within the medical system and statewide.
• Collaborate with SCF programs serving Alaska Native communities across multiple care settings.
• Adhere to SCF health and employment policies and health screening requirements.
