Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health's Monmouth Medical Center seeks a Co-occurring Disorder Specialist to deliver individual, group, and family therapy within the Acute Partial Hospital Program, developing tailored treatment plans and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery for patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Applicants must hold dual licensure (LCADC plus LCSW/LCSW/LAC/LPC) with 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience; PHP exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Dual licensure as LCADC plus one of LSW/LCSW/LAC/LPC is required.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders and PHP/Partial Hospital programs is preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy within the PHP.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
