Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) and monitor milestones across multiple programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, perform schedule risk analysis, and present schedule health updates to customers and management.

The role requires collaboration with clients and vendors to resolve scheduling issues. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in large project schedules, proficiency with MS Project or SmartSheet, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing, managing, and integrating large project schedules and performing critical path analysis using MS Project or SmartSheet.
• Experience with risk management, including identification, quantification, analysis, and controlling and monitoring.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to design and implement a Schedule Management Plan (SMP) with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) and monitor milestones and significant events.
• Lead customer support teams to develop IMSs and communicate schedule status to management.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and resource loading to inform project outcomes.
• Interface with clients and vendors on scheduling issues and present schedule health briefings.
• Establish project management processes and manage multiple program schedules.
