Qualifications

• 5+ years managing complex technical schedules in robotics, automation, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency with CPM, dependency management, and schedule risk analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated master schedule across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, software, hardware, quality, deployment, and customer milestones.
• Develop schedules for engineering development, hardware/software releases, production readiness, and deployments.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify risks before they impact execution.
• Run regular schedule reviews and escalate risks early to leadership.
• Prepare executive schedule dashboards and status reports.
