Qualifications

• 4+ years in production planning, production control, or master scheduling in shipbuilding, aerospace, or heavy manufacturing.
• Program-level planning experience: integrated schedules for complex manufacturing or defense programs.
• Built and maintained an integrated schedule and held the critical path when material and labor moved.
• Familiarity with controlled production environments (defense, aerospace, automotive, or similar).
• Fluency with scheduling toolsets (P6, MS Project, Open Plan, Aurora) and ERP/MES (Forge, Odoo, SAP, Solumina, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• The integrated master plan and IMS for module production, horizontally and vertically integrated across engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
• Critical path and network logic: find the conflicts, resolve them, and tell the program what just moved and why.
• Shop load and dispatch: what gets worked today, against real material availability, qualified labor, and open nonconformances.
• Schedule adherence and earned value: measure plan against actual, then feed the variance back into the plan.
• Re-baselining when the program changes, with the risk analysis to support it.
