Job summary

KBR is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Manager to develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and permitting. You will lead a team, coordinate activities to keep all workstreams aligned with a single execution plan, and provide schedule forecasts and insights to project leadership.

This role requires extensive CPM scheduling experience, Primavera P6 expertise, and the ability to drive schedule risk assessments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of planning and scheduling experience on major capital projects.
• Experience developing and managing integrated schedules for large industrial, pharma, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Advanced proficiency with CPM scheduling, forecasting, CP analysis, progress measurement, and recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of the Integrated Master Schedule across all project phases.
• Coordinate and integrate schedule activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, permitting, and startup.
• Ensure alignment of contractor schedules with milestones, execution strategies, and project objectives.
• Perform schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule risk assessments.
• Identify schedule risks and delays and develop recovery plans, mitigation strategies, and corrective actions.
• Provide schedule performance reporting, trend analysis, and schedule insights to project leadership.
• Facilitate schedule reviews and data-driven decision-making regarding project priorities.
• Lead and develop the planning and scheduling team while promoting scheduling excellence.
