Job summary

PingWind, Inc. is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler I to provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support to the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division (MEWSD) for critical U.S. Navy EW, Decoy, and SEWIP systems.

This role supports cradle-to-grave activities, including engineering, logistics, product support, test and evaluation, sustainment, maintenance, and repair. You will integrate logistics, data science, reliability engineering, and operations research to analyze and model

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, integrate, maintain, and manage program schedules per the SMP.
• Develop and maintain the IMS to provide milestones and deliverables.
• Collect and analyze scheduling data from teams and leads.
• Monitor progress toward milestones and key events.
• Perform routine schedule updates and schedule performance analysis.
• Conduct critical path and dependency analyses.
• Develop recovery plans and what-if scenarios.
• Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).
• Identify risks and provide corrective recommendations.
• Prepare schedule reports and forecasts.
• Communicate status to project team and stakeholders.
