Job summary

PingWind is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler I to support the MEWSD for critical US Navy EW, SEWIP, and related systems. You will integrate logistics, data science and OR to optimize readiness and lifecycle performance while balancing mission needs and costs.

Responsibilities include developing the IMS, analyzing data, monitoring milestones, and communicating progress to leadership. A Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree are required, with at least one year of scheduling experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of scheduling experience.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop and maintain program schedules per SMP.
• Develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with milestones.
• Analyze scheduling data from teams and stakeholders.
• Identify milestones and deliverables and track progress.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and what-if analyses.
• Prepare schedule reports and support decision-making.
• Communicate schedule status to project leadership.
