PingWind seeks a Program Manager I to provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support to the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division (MEWSD) for critical U.S. Navy EW, decoy, and SEWIP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience managing large, multi-year programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, direction, and oversight for major programs.
• Manage large, multi-year programs with sub-projects.
• Define objectives, priorities, and approach to meet requirements.
• Develop long- and short-range program plans for execution.
• Coordinate funding, personnel, and resources for program execution.
• Establish milestones, performance objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and control program schedules and budgets.
• Monitor performance and address schedule, cost, or technical issues.
• Coordinate activities across teams to stay aligned with objectives.
• Maintain accountability for program success and execution.
