Job summary

PingWind is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler II to provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support to the MEWSD for Navy EW systems. You will integrate logistics, data science, reliability, and operations research to analyze and model complex systems and support data-driven decisions.

This role balances mission requirements, performance, and cost while optimizing warfighting capability, system readiness, and lifecycle performance. Secret clearance and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 year of experience
• Experience in creating and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Knowledge of schedule risk analyses and critical path methods
• Ability to coordinate across multiple projects and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, integrate, maintain, and manage program and project schedules in accordance with SMP
• Develop and maintain the IMS to provide an accurate view of activities, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze scheduling data from program teams and stakeholders
• Establish and monitor progress toward milestones, events, deliverables, and criteria
• Perform routine schedule updates, status assessments, and schedule performance analysis
• Conduct critical path, slack, and dependency analyses to identify constraints
• Develop recovery plans and what-if scenarios to mitigate delays
• Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) to evaluate risks
• Identify risks and provide timely corrective action recommendations
• Integrate activities across projects to align with objectives
• Prepare and analyze schedule reports, metrics, forecasts, and performance information
• Communicate schedule status and potential impacts to all levels of the project team
