Job summary

PingWind, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager I to provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support to the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division (MEWSD) for critical U.S. Navy EW, Decoy, and SEWIP programs.

The role covers cradle-to-grave activities including engineering, installation, logistics, product support, test and evaluation, sustainment, and maintenance. The PM I will integrate logistics, data science, reliability and maintainability engineering, and operations research to

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of program management experience.
Experience with lifecycle support and large multi-year programs.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Provide overall planning, direction, leadership and oversight for major programs and research initiatives.
Manage large, multi-year programs with multiple sub-programs and tasks.
Define program structure, objectives, priorities and approach to meet requirements.
Develop short- and long-range plans to support execution.
Guide the technical approach and overall program strategy.
Coordinate with personnel to obtain resources (personnel, funding, equipment).
Establish and manage milestones, objectives and deliverables.
Develop, maintain and control program schedules.
Establish, monitor and control budgets and costs across lifecycle.
Monitor program performance and address schedule, cost, or technical issues.
Coordinate activities across program teams to stay aligned with objectives.
Maintain accountability for overall program success.
