Job summary

Judit Inc is seeking a dedicated Program Master Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for our Weapons Systems business segment. You will work with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure effective schedule management.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of scheduling experience with strong knowledge in Earned Value Management, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to report on metrics. The position offers a competitive compensation up to $125,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in scheduling within engineering development or manufacturing.
• Experience with planning, developing, and tracking schedules for commercial and DoD programs.
• Excellent ability to report on schedule performance metrics to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plan/Schedule compliant to standards.
• Advise Program Manager on schedule performance and forecasts.
• Establish logic and develop an accurate critical path for programs.
