Job summary

Peraton is seeking a seasoned Radar System Replacement (RSR) Program Scheduler to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for FAA modernization efforts. The role integratest program management, engineering, logistics, field operations, vendor coordination, and FAA stakeholder activities to ensure milestone alignment and deployment execution.

The position can be remote with a preference for candidates local to Chantilly, VA.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, or Master's with 10+ years, or Associate's with 14+ years, or HS diploma with 16+ years of experience.
• Extensive experience in program scheduling or integrated planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting large federal programs or aerospace modernization initiatives.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate scheduling across regional deployment teams and vendors.
• Align schedules with contract requirements and FAA milestones.
• Provide schedule health assessments and critical path analysis.
• Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports for leadership and customers.
• Support FAA coordination meetings and deployment synchronization reviews.
• Forecast staffing requirements based on deployment tempo.
• Monitor concurrency impacts across active sites.
