Job summary

Peraton is seeking a skilled Program/Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the FAA BNATCS program. The role supports a national modernization effort involving multiple vendors and FAA stakeholders, with preference for candidates near Chantilly, VA, but can be remote.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelors degree with 12+ years, Masters with 10+ years, or equivalent combos.
• Extensive experience in program scheduling or integrated planning.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting large federal programs or aerospace modernization initiatives.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate scheduling activities across regional deployment teams.
• Track installation readiness criteria and site dependencies.
• Conduct schedule health assessments and critical path analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports for leadership and customers.
• Support FAA coordination meetings and deployment reviews.
• Forecast staffing requirements based on deployment tempo.
