Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Program/Master Scheduler to lead the Integrated Master Schedule for the NAS modernization under the BNATCS contract. The role centers on aligning milestones, deployment sequencing, and vendor coordination to support FAA initiatives.

The candidate will analyze critical paths, drive schedule health, and provide regular leadership reporting. Remote work is possible, with preference for candidates near Chantilly, VA, and a strong background in government programs.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years, or other combinations as stated.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting large federal programs or aerospace modernization initiatives.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate scheduling activities across regional deployment teams.
• Provide schedule health assessments and critical path analysis.
• Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports for leadership and customers.
• Coordinate schedule integration with vendors including RTX and Indra.
• Support FAA coordination meetings and deployment reviews.
• Forecast staffing requirements and monitor concurrency across sites.
• Assist in schedule configuration control and change boards.
