Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler in San Diego to coordinate, develop, and manage scheduling activities across DoD/Navy programs. The role requires strong scheduling discipline, communication at all levels, and experience with IMS across lifecycle phases.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in IMS for DoD projects, a Master's degree, and DAWIA Level III or PMP. A TS/SCI clearance is required to maintain eligibility for sensitive work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with integrated master scheduling for DoD or Navy programs.
• Master's Degree.
• Experience with DoD acquisition organizations spanning ACAT I/II to ACAT III/IV & AAPs, Projects, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework Pathways.
• Three years of experience in direct support of a Navy or DoD Acquisition Agency.
• Program IMS support experience with the Navy or comparable DoD Acquisition agencies.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• DAWIA Level III in program management or similar (e.g. PMP).
• TS/SCI Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, integrate, and manage scheduling activities that comply with a program's requirements.
• Prepare and analyze schedules and reports as established in the SMP.
• Perform schedule update procedures and recovery plans.
• Establish and monitor execution towards milestones and significant criteria.
• Develop and manage a program's schedule communicated to all levels of the project team.
• Support data collection and interpretation of timelines.
• Perform IMS critical path, slack, and predecessor/successor analyses.
• Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).
