Job summary

Accelint is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler for defense programs in San Diego. You will develop, maintain, and analyze master schedules using MS Project and related tools, interfacing with stakeholders and leaders.

Qualifications include a BS in business or engineering, 3–5 years scheduling, proficiency with MS Project Online, KIDASA Milestones, and Detlek Acumen, plus strong analytical skills and the ability to brief schedules. Active secret clearance is required.

The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for the development, maintenance, integration and analysis of the program-level master schedule and additional schedules requested by the Program Manager. This position requires a deep understanding of scheduling principles and best practices as well as experience in briefing scheduling reports to different levels of leadership. The Integrated Master Scheduler will work closely with project managers, business analysts, other Navy commands and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects are properly planned and executed in accordance with schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project Online or a similar scheduling software

• Proficient with KIDASA Milestones Professional
• Proficient with Detlek Acumen

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Experience with construction schedules
• Experience with the interpretation of Earned Value data to provide oral and written communications to all levels of stakeholders
• Experience with NAVWAR and PEO C4I
• PMP certified
• Earned Value Professional (EVP) certified
• Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certified

Clearance Requirements

Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Pay Scales & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $100,000-115,000 USD per year (San Diego).
