Responsibilities

• Work with program office stakeholders and partners to ensure quality inputs and baseline integrity aligning with government and company standards.
• Drive timely and accurate support of the IMS using MS Project, independently and effectively.
• Provide recommendations for alternative ways to view program information, enabling program management decisions.
• Work on-site as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree with 10+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience; High School diploma with 12 years of experience may be considered.
• 4+ years of MS Project experience, preferably in software or system engineering.
• Experience in developing, analyzing, and managing schedules in line with program objectives and standards.
• Experience in establishing and monitoring program milestones and key events.
• Skills in data analytics, metrics establishment, and data visualization.
• Effective communication across all management levels.
• Top Secret / SCI clearance with ability to pass a polygraph if required.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira or similar tracking tools.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and application deployment.
