Base pay range

$135,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Job Description Summary:

D&G is seeking a highly motivated Senior Scheduler for the United States Coast Guard Headquarters (CG-9) Integrated Government Schedule (CG-IGS) Program. This candidate will have experience supporting DHS or DoD organizations. This is an opportunity to be part of a team supporting a high-priority mission.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of schedulers responsible for project schedules and metrics.
  2. Collaborate with technical leads to achieve project goals.
  3. Analyze schedule variances and support reporting.
  4. Support scheduling data integration into dashboards and reports.
  5. Interface with USCG Program Managers and Senior Leaders.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree.
  • 7-10 years of experience developing Integrated Master Schedules.
  • 5-7 years managing a team or DHS/DoD programs.
  • 5+ years supporting DoD or DHS acquisition lifecycle programs.
  • 8 years with Microsoft Project and related tools.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Active Public Trust or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience with US Government, especially DOD or DHS.
  • U.S. person(s) only.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with US Coast Guard.
  • Strong communication skills, especially with senior staff.
Location:

Remote with occasional travel to Washington DC.
