Job description

As a Senior Construction Planner (Pharmaceutical Sector) at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared sense of achievement. In this role, you will:

  1. Build project schedules covering the full project scope, milestones, and timelines, using critical planning methodology.
  2. Define clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology.
  3. Ensure the schedule aligns with the project execution plan, especially contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
  4. Implement a clear method for baselining schedules and managing periodic updates.
  5. Manage the fully integrated project schedule, structuring it for review at various levels and details.
  6. Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies among key partners to achieve excellent client outcomes.
  7. Provide regular updates on schedule progress.
  8. Review external schedules to ensure they follow scheduling best practices.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  1. Have developed your planning and scheduling skills.
  2. Have experience with quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and can interpret and communicate findings effectively to key partners.
  3. Have practical experience using Primavera P6 planning software.
  4. Possess a degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
  5. Are detail-oriented and focused on quality.
