Job summary

The McHenry Management Group (TMMG) is seeking an Integrated Master Schedule Lead to support the Landing Ship Medium program. You will develop and govern the program schedule, coordinating across engineering, planning, operations, supply chain, quality, and test groups to ensure schedule integrity and milestone delivery.

Responsibilities include leading schedule development, tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting, while mentoring project teams on scheduling practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading integrated master schedules, preferably in shipbuilding or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track all assigned project schedules.
• Coordinate with project/program managers on schedule status.
• Develop WBS, schedule development, tracking, analysis and reporting.
• Evaluate procedures and tools for reporting, estimates, risk and cost control.
• Maintain and govern the master schedule across departments.
• Provide training and mentorship on scheduling practices.
