Job summary

The McHenry Management Group (TMMG) is seeking an Integrated Master Schedule Lead to support the Landing Ship Medium (LSM) program. You will develop, manage, and govern the program schedule, coordinating material procurement, fabrication, outfitting, integration, testing, startup, and trials.

Qualifications

• Background check, US Citizenship, and a drug screening are requirements for this position.
• Experience leading integrated master schedules across complex programs is required.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage schedules with senior leadership visibility.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation and tracking of all assigned project schedules
• Facilitates regular communication with project/program managers on the status of assigned projects
• Coordinates the development, integration and maintenance of the master schedule (IMS) across departments
• Performs analysis of schedule performance, risks, and opportunities and provides data-driven insights
• Mentors peers and project teams on scheduling practices and tools
• Evaluates improvements in project management software and scheduling techniques
