Job summary

Gyro in Chicago is looking for an Integrated Project Manager to support a Senior Digital Project Manager across various large-scale website projects. This role requires managing small-scale digital projects, such as emails and landing pages, and ensuring seamless workflow processes.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a digital project manager, strong communication skills, and be proactive in managing timelines and client communications. This position provides a collaborative and growth-oriented working environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a digital project manager on emails, banners, landing pages, microsites, etc.
• Be passionate and informed about the digital space.
• Must have experience managing programmers.
• Must be able to put together a detailed project plan in Microsoft Project, Basecamp experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Project Manager to generate estimates and statements of work.
• Develop project plans and manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables according to the statement of work.
• Regularly communicate status of projects by means of weekly meetings, status reports and updates.
• Assist in documenting project technical and functional requirements.
• Ensure that workflow processes are adhered to.
• Internal trafficking between account management, creative, programming and/or production.
• Interface with clients to manage the delivery of projects.
• External vendor communication and management.
• Creating and revising job updates and change orders.
• Must be able to diplomatically enforce deadlines.
• Willingness to do what it takes to see jobs through to completion and meet deadlines.
