Job summary

PCL Industrial Services, Inc. seeks an Integrated Construction Technology Specialist / VDC Manager to lead VDC/ICT strategies from pursuit to turnover, partnering with operations, estimating, and project teams to boost productivity and safety through digital workflows.

Responsibilities include developing BEPs, coordinating models, implementing model-based planning, and mentoring project teams in VDC/ICT best practices. Primary location is Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in VDC, BIM, Integrated Construction Technology, construction operations, or related disciplines.
• Advanced understanding of construction sequencing, planning, and project delivery.
• Experience managing coordination processes on large industrial, water/wastewater, commercial, mission critical, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with: Autodesk Revis, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite
