Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Denver, Colorado is hiring an Integrated Construction Technology Coordinator to lead BIM/VDC modeling and project coordination on complex construction projects. You will work with design and field teams to advance digital workflows and construct robust virtual models for planning.

You will collaborate on site logistics models, support RFIs, and promote adoption of PCL technologies across project teams, driving efficiency and consistent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or 2-year certificate in buildings-industry related discipline (AEC).
• Some co-op or relevant experience in a construction environment preferred.
• Drafting and modeling experience.
• Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D construction drawings and specifications is an asset.
• Working knowledge and training in 3D modeling software and the ability to create content in VDC software is an asset.
• Exposure to 4D scheduling software and planning tools is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret markups to construction drawings.
• Ability to participate in trade coordination meetings and understand trade partner deliverables and scope.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.

The salary range for this position is between $76,000 and $98,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
