Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Denver, Colorado, seeks an Integrated Construction Technology Coordinator to advance digital modeling and project collaboration on our diverse portfolio.

You will build and maintain 3D models, support RFIs, and promote virtual construction tools across project teams, with strong communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or 2-year certificate in a buildings-industry related discipline (AEC, civil, architectural).
• Some co-op or relevant experience in a construction environment preferred.
• Drafting and modeling experience.
• Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D construction drawings and specifications is an asset.
• Working knowledge and training in 3D modeling software and the ability to create content in VDC software is an asset.
• Exposure to 4D scheduling software and planning tools is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret markups to construction drawings.
• Ability to participate in trade coordination meetings and understand trade partner deliverables and scope.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.

Responsibilities

The salary range for this position is between $76,000 and $98,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
