Responsibilities

  • Ensure all communications comply with classification, export control and corporate policy requirements.
  • Work with International Comms team on international GMLRS capture and co-production efforts.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, sentiment, media pickups).
  • Produce quarterly communications performance reports for senior leadership with recommendations.
  • Recommend process enhancements, tools and training to increase efficiency and impact.

Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager for the Tactical Missiles line of business, this position will support communications across a dynamic portfolio of programs and provide direct executive communications support to the Vice President of Precision Fires Rockets while overseeing communications performance measurement and reporting for the Tactical Missiles team.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead executive communications for the VP of Precision Fires Rockets and execute strategic communications across the Tactical Missiles portfolio. Manage high-quality, compliant communications while measuring performance and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead executive communications for VP, Precision Fires Rockets .
  • Create content for speeches, talking points, events and internal memos for the VP across a range of audiences (board, senior leadership, customer, media) .
  • Execute assigned communications priorities across the Tactical Missiles portfolio, ensuring timely, accurate and high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage end‑to‑end production of all communication assets, ensuring brand consistency, accuracy and timeliness across the Tactical Missiles portfolio.
  • Maintain a unified communications calendar and track delivery deadlines, escalating risks or bottlenecks to the TM Comms Senior Manager.
  • Ensure all communications comply with classification, export control and corporate policy requirements .
  • Work in cooperation with the International Comms team on international GMLRS capture and co-production efforts.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (reach, engagement, sentiment, media pickups, etc.) .
  • Produce quarterly communications performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting successes, gaps and recommendations for improvement
  • Recommend process enhancements, tools and training to increase efficiency and impact of the TM communications team

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
  • Demonstrated experience in communications, public relations, corporate communications, executive communications, or a related field
  • Experience developing written communications materials for leadership and diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Experience managing multiple communications projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing, message development, and presentation support
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders to develop and execute communications plans
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and apply sound judgment in a professional environment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
