Betty Jean Kerr People's Health Centers is seeking an Integrated Treatment Specialist to provide individual, group, couples and family counseling within ITCD services. You will participate in daily team meetings, treatment planning, and on‑call rotation, while ensuring fidelity to the national ITCD model.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, community linkage, advocacy, and service plan development for adults with severe mental illness and substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Licensed QMHP with at least one year of full‑time experience in substance use treatment.
• If IT experience is less than one year, candidate must actively acquire 24 hours of IT content training with supervision.
• Credentials such as CCDP, CCJP, CADC, or RSAP-P are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, group, couples and family counseling as part of ITCD services.
• Participate in daily team and treatment planning meetings.
• Ensure program fidelity with national ITCD model and participate in on‑call rotation.
• Collaborate with the PHASES team to develop and review service plans.
