The position emphasizes comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment plans, and care coordination, with no after-hours crisis response required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• Active licensure required.
• LCSW preferred, or LCSWA, LCMHCA/LCMHC, or dual licensure with LCAS/LCASA, LPA.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for adults.
• Conduct psychosocial and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and coordinate care across programs.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure licensure compliance.
• Support client engagement and continuity of care.
