Job summary

Western North Carolina Community Health Services (WNCCHS) in Asheville, NC is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to deliver integrated behavioral health services within a primary care setting for patients across the lifespan.

The role involves assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence-based interventions, with collaboration with PCPs and the broader care team. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or clinical mental health counseling.
• Fully licensed with LCSW or licensed with LCMHC and LCAS.
• Experience in primary care/integrated care/community health settings.
• Experience as Behavioral Health Care Manager within CoCM.
• Spanish-English bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive behavioral health services in an integrated primary care setting.
• Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and crisis interventions.
• Collaborate with PCPs, BH staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
