Liberty Resources is seeking a Support Services Supervisor for its Integrated Health Care Clinic in Syracuse, NY. You will lead TCM, Peer Support, and Skill Building staff to ensure timely, person-centered access and integration with clinical teams.

The role requires supervision experience, QHP/CASAC/PSP eligibility, and a commitment to quality and regulatory standards. Salary is $70,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Qualified Health Professional (QHP) or eligibility for CASAC / PSP certification.
• PSP eligibility requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience with peers.
• Agency covers 20-hour training and exam costs.
• At least 2 years experience in behavioral health, care management, or related fields.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating daily operations is preferred.
• Experience with Peer Support, TCM, Skill Building, or care coordination preferred.
• Experience with documentation, quality improvement, or regulatory requirements preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and professional development for TCM, Peer Support, and Skill Building staff.
• Oversee SDA operations and patient access continuum from intake to connection with services.
• Monitor productivity, quality, compliance, documentation, and patient experience metrics.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and partners to coordinate care and remove barriers.
• Evaluate workflows and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, trainings, and leadership activities.
