The position requires a Master’s degree and extensive experience in behavioral health administration, with a strong emphasis on equity, collaboration, and data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of five years in health services or public health settings, with at least 18 months in a managerial capacity.
• Experience with behavior health systems, including mental health and substance use care.
• Knowledge of evidence-based and recovery-oriented practices for co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integrated care systems with Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Use and other services.
• Identify barriers to integrated care and propose solutions for better access.
• Facilitate cross-disciplinary training and workforce development.
• Develop and maintain referral pathways across mental health and substance use services.
• Monitor providers for adherence to integrated, person-centered planning.
